WHAT IS THE PROJECT?

The basic idea of my dissertation is to rest the feasibility of using a distributed multi-Agent AI to control the traffic lights within an urban environment. Specifically, whether a collection of traffic lights that can communicate with their neighbours are able to increase mean traffic flow through given environment Vs time controlled lights.
